DARLING
CURRENT CONDITION:
Not really a people person, you’ll find this sharp tongued Irish nutter slinking from building to building trying for a bit of a nomadic, zombie-avoiding existence. Fat chance much?
Dropping weight rapidly and suffering from lack of sleep, Darling’s starting to realize that he may NEED a group to survive…
GENERAL ATTITUDE TO PEOPLE:
He’ll insult you with a smile and watch your back as long as you remain useful, he wants to live too much to abide being slowed down, so he prefers someone that can keep pace, he'll calculate the best way to get whatever he wants, he'll read you and react accordingly, ever the manipulator, Darling keeps both eyes on the situation and is capable of reacting with cold, indifferent logic. Not that he comes across unfriendly… on the contrary, Darling is bright eyed, quirky and still has a sense of humour to share, he KNOWS the importance of individuals mental wellbeing within a group and likes to touch base with everyone on a personal level regularly.
Long conversations on the road kind of thing.
Put it this way, he’s worked in a few unhinged groups before things went down.
FRIENDS AND LOVERS:
Are like family to him. It takes a while, he has to feel he’s got a decent judge of your character before he’ll accept you as “one o’ his”, but once you are he’s playful as hell, a little too honest with you, cheekily mean and maybe a little flirty, listening and taking in everything you say and backing you up, even if it’s the wrong thing to do and making sweeping, probably too dramatic gestures of affection. Family is God. At the same time, if cornered, infuriated or frightened by a situation he’ll have a knee jerk reaction of manipulating them (for their own good) or saying the most cutting, childish things to get ‘em where it hurts.
ENEMIES: He’s got no problem abandoning people, slipping out into the night if they’re gonna get him killed, ain’t no real ties here, but he’s already slightly deranged, hears voices (but he's lived with this for years, knows to keep schtum!) Darlings capable of much worse I think… he's got a passionate temper, but isn't a fighter... if push came to shove he'd more likely slit a throat or two in the night than risk direct confrontation. It'd affect him, sure, he's only human, but by God, he wouldn't hesitate and he'd keep moving on afterwards.

TOMMY
ABOUT:
This Louisiana loudmouth's got more Southern fried twang than a broken banjo string, but he also has riot issue military body armour, access to CDC medical supply cache's and an easily exploitable guilt complex. He's dumb as a stump, so don't expect wise decisions or tactful conversation, but he has a good heart and the training to do what needs to be done without hesitation.
Both an asset and a drain within group dynamic, Tommy needs more food than most to keep himself in pique physical condition and has a tendency to pawn off hard work, but he's strong, a practiced marksman, an amateur mechanic and trained as an emergency medic.
CURRENT CONDITION:
Searching Savannah forhis daughter survivors. As a CDC operative (well, sort of, he hasn't heard from headquarters in months and has long since lost the rest of the ground squad) he feels he's failed everyone in his designated territory. It was his job to prevent a catastrophic contagion scenario and all he can do now is try to make amends to his folks.
GENERAL ATTITUDE TO PEOPLE:
An equal opportunity lover, not a fighter. Tommy is open, cheerful, a bit of a wind up merchant, but ultimately soppy. Like a human Labrador, he's friends with anyone he approaches. Can run his mouth and get a bit playful and competitive, a lover of games and thrills he'll click immediately with those with a bit of bite, willing to put him back in his place or, as a bit of a soft touch, those who need his help.
He also believes that a man has to be the boss of his own life and will always respect the personal decisions of a stranger.
CLOSE FRIENDS AND LOVERS
Stuck in what can only be described as a sham marriage, he's lonely as hell, but struggles with the idea of breaking his vows. But if you want the moon, he'll get you the moon, he likes to make an effort and he's eager to impress! And, although he struggles to talk about himself and his own feelings, he'll honestly listen all he can. Unless it compromises his morals, he'll do just about anything his close friends ask.

ENEMIES
Naw! Friendly competition MAYBE, but Tommy's too soft to keep enemies, he'd be looking to reason with you whilst you shoot at the idiot!
He doesn't even like shooting the infected unless it's absolutely necessary or runs the risk of endangering lives.
