Personality: Orion considers himself, a practical man. He is disgusted with people who make him waste his time. He, in particular hates people overly dramatical, nagging and know-it-alls. He has no interest in relationships or sex. And all of that was before the apocalypse. Since the face of the earth changed he has become much of a loner. Although he is able to works with others provided that the offer him a reasonable request or that they prove to him to be good hearted. He doesn’t have time to be with anyone that makes him watch his own back constantly.
He is opinionated but, barely speaks out. Orion can act polite and amicable while holding a negative opinion of others. Most of his friends found him easy to get along with. He often adjusts his conduct, to minimize his brushes with others. He does this consciously. Is not that he dislikes people he is just not that into letting them, know him. He has liked plenty of people, but he thinks that most of the people he likes would not like him and most of the people who he doesn’t like would like him.
Orion never talks about himself, but at the same time he won’t hide what he has done or who he is. If someone where to guess his past he would admit it, openly. He accepts rather easily rejection by other people. On the other hand he rewards loyalty. If a person proves they can be loyal to him there is nothing he won’t do to make sure they are well taken care of. Nothing.
Orion only has had a bad reputation because he is largely unaffected by violence. This led other people to think he is a kind of a psycho. He just have largely been over exposed to it, thorough his life. Since Orion keeps pretty much everything to himself his reaction to violent behavior can be perceived as calm observance of it. Which is creepy in itself. He’ll also avoid confrontations with dangerous people going as far as to let them beat him up or rob him of everything. However, if they directly and unabashed threaten his life his reaction will be quite different. He is very keen at telling when someone is intending to kill him as opposed to bullying him.

- He always buries people who did die while keeping him company and visits the graves.
- He is unlikely to return to a group of which he has been kicked out of or to comeback to the side of someone who has dumped him.
- He is prone to quietly leave if he feels he is being the cause for tensions to rise.
- He dislikes bullies.
History: Orion bounced from foster home to foster home. When he was 16 he found his way to a juvenile detention center, in which he stayed until he was 18. At the time of his release, he came in contact with a bulky muscular man, his former foster brother. His older brother; had recently got his bail enforcer permit. He offered Orion to allow him to be his assistant. Orion found he was rather adept for this line of work. Following paper trails and crumbles back where the people were hiding was all too easy.
Orion did most of everything for his brother, pay his bills, manage his money, pay his gambling debts even managed to get him off from a problem with a local gangster after his loudmouthed brother said something he shouldn’t have said: unless he wanted to live, the rest of his life without the use of his legs. Because Orion’s brother was quite strong (and possibly on steroids) no one really messed with Orion. Though in certain circles it was said it was the other way around.
After the people stopped dying normally, all hell broke loose. The army found Orion locked in, inside a dinner. Everyone inside was dead but, him. Orion had a lot of blood smeared on his face and clothes. However, he had not even a tiny scratch. He was evacuated with some of the other civilians out of Augusta (where he was found at the time). While the convoy was escorting them to the safety of the refugee camp communications with the base broke.
The military ditched the civilians on the road and hurried to Atlanta. Orion simply walked away from the others and started to go on his own way. He has been on his own ever since collecting what he can, sleeping when he can and talking to whoever he happens to meet. Once or twice people have partnered with him. It doesn’t last long. They go away, when it is quite clear that the current state of the world doesn’t upset the man in the least bit. He is completely ok with the world as it is. One would think he cannot be trusted.
